Throughout the following terms and conditions, the term
"www.Uvelle Hair.com" or "us" or "we" or
"the company" or "the website" refers to the owner of this
website and the term "you" or "your" or
"customer" or "client" refers to the user or viewer of this
website.
Your purchase from or usage of www.Uvelle Hair.com implies that
you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

you browse or purchase from www.Uvelle Hair.com.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover for Domestic and International Orders.
We accept PayPal payments for domestic U.S. orders only with a confirmed address. If your address is not confirmed by PayPal your order will not be accepted.
Payment for our products
must be made in full at the time of order placement before your order can be
processed and shipped. We do not accept incomplete or partial payments. Your
credit card billing address and your shipping address must be the same.
We will also accept full payments by Western Union. Please fill out our order form and call us to verify stock availability, shipping, and final pricing at 646.448.8691 before sending your payment.
For larger orders we will accept Bank Wire Transfer. Please contact us for details.
Order Verification
IDENTITY Products LLC reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All
orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our credit
and fraud avoidance measures, and this may delay the processing of your order.
This is all done to protect you. We cannot be held responsible if your order is
delayed for any of these or other reasons. We will be glad to answer any
questions you might have about your order. Please feel free to email us at sales@uvellehair.com

When an order must be shipped to an address different from the billing
address or when an international credit card is used, we require
your authorization through our credit card authorization form. We will email
you from sales@uvellehair.com or call you on the phone number provided in your order if we
need the completed and signed credit card authorization form from you before further
processing your order and shipping your items. Please be sure our email address is not on your junk mail list to avoid any delays.
International Orders
For International Orders there might be a charge of customs duty or brokerage fee imposed by
your government or other entity in your country on packages received
from the United States. In this case, the customer will be responsible
for all custom and brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that are imposed
when these goods are imported into your country. These charges do not originate from our company. Since these fees will vary from country to country, we do not know what
your fees will be and advise you to contact your local government
customs agent to determine the rate for the products you would like to
purchase.
Product Availability
If a product is found to
be out of stock after order placement you will be notified immediately by email
and given the opportunity to request another product(s) in place of the
original order or request a refund of payment with the cancellation of the order.
This is the only instance in which we provide refunds.
Shipping
We ship orders domestically
and are able to ship orders internationally. All orders are accompanied by a tracking number which will be
emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
We require an adult
signature for ALL shipments.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Our products require a 3 day processing period before shipment for domestic orders and a 5 day processing period before shipment for international orders. Please plan ahead if your order is time sensitive as we are neither responsible for shipping delays by our carrier, FedEx (or UPS) nor domestic or international holidays that may delay delivery.
Orders are shipped weekdays only, Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders on Holidays or weekends.
If you would like for your order to go
out sooner please be sure that your billing and shipping address are the
same and make the request in the customer comments section of your
order. We will do our best to get your order out the next day as long
as the order passes our fraud monitors. Our first priority is to
protect you, our customer, from fraudulent purchases made without your
consent.
Delayed Orders
Please place your order
far in advance for your needs as sometimes there are interruptions in our order
processing period due to foreign holidays and unforeseen circumstances out of our
control, including but not limited to delays with the shipping company used to
mail your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural
disasters, carrier delays, or foreign and domestic holidays.
Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature and specialized
production of our
products we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.
This includes our 100% Virgin Remy Human Hair Extensions, 100% Virgin
Steamed Remy Hair Extensions, Full Lace Front Wigs, accessories and
beauty products. This policy is applicable to all products sold by
IDENTITY Products LLC and on www.uvellehair.com.
We encourage our customers to order samples of our hair to view our quality. We offer free FedEx Home Delivery for Domestic United States sample orders. Please click here to order our samples.
Salons and Licensed Stylists based in the United States and Internationally who are interested in viewing our hair before ordering for their clients we invite you to consider our Salon Insider Program Membership. In addition to receiving salon/stylist pricing, upon acceptance we will send to you samples of our hair depending upon stock availability. Salons and Licensed Stylists in the New York City Area (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island) may contact us via email or phone (646.448.8691) to schedule a viewing of our products.
Please note that unauthorized returns or exchanges will become property of
the company.
All Sales are Final.
Wrong Order
We have quality control measures in place inclusive of
photographing all orders before they are shipped and accurate record keeping of
correspondences to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly. However, if
for whatever reason an order has been received by you that is incorrect please
contact us at exchange@Uvelle Hair.com or 646.448.8691
and state your name, order number, and why the order is incorrect within 3 days
of receipt of delivery.
You will then be issued an RMA number via email to write on the
cover of your shipping box. Please remember to clearly write your RMA number on
your package, as returned items without this RMA number will not be
processed.
Box Office Wigs- Exchange Policy
We offer a 1 time exchange policy
on our custom Box Office Wigs. If you receive your wig and are
unsatisfied please let us know within 3 days of receipt by email (sales@uvellehair.com) or phone (646.448.8691) and we will
exchange your wig for another wig of equal or greater value.
Simply pay for return shipping of your exchanged wig, any price difference and the shipping
of your new replacement wig.
We do not offer monetary refunds for any of our products.
Salon Insider Program Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions applies to online, phone, and in-person orders from registered members of the Uvelle Hair Salon Insider Program.
1. Accepted members to the Uvelle Hair Salon Insider Program understand that they are retailers of Uvelle Hair by IDENTITY Products LLC.
2. All purchases made by Salon Insider members must be resold to the consumer market at retail pricing.
3. Removal of labels and packaging for Uvelle Hair by IDENTITY Products LLC is prohibited. Repackaging of Uvelle Hair by IDENTITY Products LLC with a different company label and package is also prohibited. Such action will result in immediate dismissal from Salon Insider Program.
4. Pricing is for members only not to be shared or published with anyone or anywhere, inclusive of prices listed in our Salon Insider Program Catalog. This is sensitive proprietary information.
5. Prices are subject to change at any time.
6. IDENTITY Products LLC reserves the right to terminate membership at any time.
7. All Purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions listed on www.uvellehair.com by IDENTITY Products LLC
Natural Hair Information
Because we sell natural human hair products, there are bound to
be differences in color and texture for each package of hair extensions as no
two donors of our hair products are genetically alike 100%. Therefore, no
two bundles of human hair will be exactly alike in color and texture. However
we do try to combine like colors and textures as close as possible for our
clients.
Our Natural Indian hair extensions are available in
natural colors from black to medium brown. Our Natural Russian hair extensions are available in natural colors from dark brown to auburn. In addition, no
two bundles of Indian Hair that are curly or wavy in texture are 100% alike because the hair is
natural human hair.
If a client orders Indian Hair curly or wavy textures we recommend
that the client wash and condition the hair and allow the hair to air dry
naturally in order to display the natural wave or curly pattern of the hair at
its best.
Please be advised that the models pictured in our photos are used for illustrative purposes. Similar looks of all styles featured on
our website can be achieved by your professional stylist!
Of course all of our natural or virgin hair extensions can be
color processed to match a client's hair color by their stylists!
Incorrect Shipping Address
/Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments
Please be certain to provide the company with the correct
shipping address as the company can only mail products to the address provided
by the customer. We are not responsible for shipping products to incorrect
shipping addresses.
We will use either UPS or FedEx to ship your products. We only
ship to billing addresses. If an incorrect address is provided by the
customer, there may be fees charged by the carrier company to correct the
address. If so, the client must provide payment for the address correction fee
before the address modification is completed with the carrier.
Failed Deliveries, Refused Shipments, or deliveries rerouted to
the company will become the property of the company. It is the customers
responsibility to accept the delivered products.
No monetary refund will be given in these cases.
Lost Shipments:
All packages are insured and tracking numbers are provided from
our shipping carriers (UPS or FedEx). In the case of a lost shipment, a
complaint will be issued to the shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx) employed to
mail the order.
Cancellation Fees
We cannot cancel orders once payment has been submitted. Please be confident in your purchase.
Credit Card Fraud:
Credit Card Fraud will not be tolerated and will be
pursued and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Copyright Protection
All Photos are Copyright Protected. Duplication of any
photo on this site without written permission by IDENTITY Products LLC will not
be tolerated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions
and prices as it sees fit without notification. It is the customers’
responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions before placing
an order and to check for changes.
