We accept insurance payments for those who require a "Cranial Prosthesis." The creation of your wig will begin when payment is received in full.

We also offer a 1 time exchange policy on our custom Box Office Wigs. If you receive your wig and are unsatisfied please let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will exchange your wig for another wig of equal or greater value. Simply pay for return shipping of your exchanged wig, any price difference and the shipping of your new replacement wig. We do not offer monetary refunds.
