Shipping
We ship orders domestically
and are able to ship orders internationally. All orders are accompanied by a tracking number which will be
emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
We require an adult
signature for ALL shipments.
Once your order is
placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Our products require a 3 day processing period before shipment for
domestic orders and a 5 day processing period before shipment for
international orders.
Therefore
if you live in the United States and purchase from us on Monday and
request overnight shipping, your order will go out that week on
Thursday at the latest and should arrive on Friday if there are no
shipping delays.
Please plan ahead if your order is time sensitive as we are neither responsible for shipping delays by our carrier, FedEx (or UPS) nor domestic or international holidays that may delay delivery.
Orders are shipped weekdays only, Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders on Holidays or weekends.
If you would like for your order to go
out sooner please be sure that your billing and shipping address is the
same and make the request in the customer comments section of your
order. We will do our best to get your order out the next day as long
as the order passes our fraud monitors. Our first priority is to
protect you, our customer, from fraudulent purchases made without your
consent.
Incorrect Shipping Address
/ Failed Deliveries / Refused
Shipments
Please be certain to provide the
company with the correct shipping address as the company can only mail products
to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for shipping
products to incorrect shipping addresses.
We will use FedEx to
ship your products. We only ship to billing addresses. If an incorrect
address is provided by the customer, there may be fees charged by the carrier
company to correct the address. If so, the client must provide payment for the
address correction fee before the address modification is completed with the
carrier.
Failed Deliveries, Refused
Shipments, or deliveries rerouted to the company will become the property of
the company. It is the customer's responsibility to accept the delivered products.
Lost Shipments
All packages are insured and
tracking numbers are provided from our shipping carrier (FedEx). In the
case of a lost shipment, a complaint will be issued to the shipping carrier
(FedEx) employed to mail the order.
